This deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances.

After paying your deposit, you will receive payment instructions for either of the payment options we have, including wire transfer instructions or a simple financing application for fast and easy funding.

SERVICE AGREEMENT

Effortless Business Accelerator – $2,000 Deposit

This Deposit Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between Graham Cochrane LLC, a Florida limited liability company (“Company”), and the individual (“Client”) submitting the $2,000 non-refundable deposit for the Effortless Business Accelerator program (“Program”).

By submitting this deposit, Client agrees to the following terms:

1. Purpose of Deposit

The $2,000 deposit secures the Client's intent to join the Effortless Business Accelerator coaching program and reserves a conditional spot, pending completion of the full payment. This deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances.

2. No Guarantee of Program Access Without Full Payment

This deposit does not guarantee final enrollment or access to the Program. Enrollment is contingent upon:

  • Paying the remaining Program balance in full via one of the following options:
    (a) Pay-in-full,
    (b) 3-payment plan, or
    (c) Financing through an approved third-party funding partner.

  • Signing the full program agreement once enrollment is confirmed.

Failure to complete the payment process within the timeline specified by the Company may result in forfeiture of the reserved spot and the deposit.

3. No Refund Policy

Client understands and agrees that the $2,000 deposit is non-refundable, regardless of whether they choose to move forward with the remaining payment or participate in the Program.

4. No Earnings Guarantees

While the Program is designed to help clients grow their business, the Company makes no guarantees regarding income, results, or specific outcomes. Client’s success depends on their own efforts, decisions, and implementation.

5. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

6. Entire Agreement

This Agreement represents the entire understanding between the parties with respect to the deposit and supersedes all prior discussions, representations, or agreements.

By submitting this deposit, Client confirms that they have read, understood, and agree to the terms of this Agreement.
