Waking up at 5AM sounded like the dumbest idea to me in my whole life.
I’ve never been a morning person, I love staying up late, and I secretly loathed anyone who boasted about waking up early before the sunrise (even old people!).

But all of that changed when I actually tried it for myself. Go figure.
For the past 6 weeks I’ve been waking up at 5AM, Monday through Friday and it has truly improved my life in tangible and substantial ways.
So much so that I’m never going back.
