Graham Cochrane (00:04.908)
As we head into the new year, I'm not trying to set bigger goals or push harder. Honestly, I'm doing the opposite. I've realized that striving has a way of sneaking into almost everything I'm doing, even when things are going well, and it slowly steals joy, peace, and clarity. So lately, every goal and every decision in my life and business has to pass through the same three filters.
Is this simple? Is this effortless? And is it actually fun? And so in this episode, I want to walk you through that filter and how it's changing the way I build, decide, and trust God with what's next.
Graham Cochrane (01:01.454)
Well, happy new year, everyone. When this episode is dropping, it is almost New Year's Eve, and I hope you're having an incredible holiday season. And wherever you are, whenever you're listening or watching this, I hope it is a fresh day in your heart and it's a new opportunity for you to think differently than you thought yesterday. Dream differently than you dreamt yesterday. Decision-make differently than you decision-made in the past. So.
I just want to walk you through these filters real quick, but I want to give you a little bit of context. 2025 for me, best year of business ever, record revenues and profits, incredible new things, building new offers, building new events, coaching new clients. Wrote a new book that's coming out in a couple of weeks here.
I spoke on new stages, met new people. mean, it was an amazing year for business. And then in family, incredible trips and opportunities and moments and memories made. Celebrated 20 years of marriage with my wife, Shay. We're about to go to Hawaii and celebrate as we didn't have time in October. That's how full it was for our wedding anniversary a few months ago. But we crossed the 20 year mark, which is a miracle and a huge accomplishment.
and it flew by at the same time. So all that to say, an incredible year, incredible year. And yet, I feel like so much of what happened this last year got away from these three decision-making filters, which are at the core of how I try to make decisions, and I've gotten away from them. I have had a lot more complexity over simplicity, a lot more pushing and effort over things that are effortless.
And honestly, not a ton of fun. I've been doing a lot of what is productive, not fun. A lot of what is strategic, not fun. Now, don't get me wrong, I've had a lot of fun and a lot of the things I'm doing are fun, but decision making. I haven't used those filters as well. Is this going to be simple? Is this going to feel effortless and aligned with where I'm at in my life? And is this going to be fun? I've made decisions often this past year based off of
Graham Cochrane (03:24.942)
Does this achieve the outcome I want? Does this seem smart? Will I feel like I missed out if I don't do it? Which are really awful decision-making filters because there's a lot of ways to achieve the outcome you want. Doesn't mean you should do it that way. There's another way to create the wealth you want and that's to go steal it from someone. That doesn't mean it's worth the right way to do it. So just because it accomplishes the outcome doesn't mean it's the right decision.
just because you're afraid you'll miss out isn't a good reason to do something. And I have a weirdness around simplicity. I believe simplicity is wealth, so we'll get into that first in a minute, but I will say no to good things if they're overly complex. And maybe that's dumb, and maybe that isn't smart.
But I view simplicity as a form of wealth. And so when I've gotten away from simplicity, as it feels like in a lot of areas of my life, things have gotten overly complex, it's just been a rude awakening and reminder of Graham, even though you have achieved a lot, and you could say, look at the outcome, that's what I wanted, the means has made your life more complex, which means you've actually gone backwards on something that...
matters to you and is a high value and priority to you, which is simplicity. all that to say, bringing you into my thought process of how 2025 was for me, great year, but I feel like I wasn't disciplined with my decision making. So as I'm heading into the new year, I have a reborn conviction to get back to my three part decision making filtering process. So I will be ruthless this year in the decisions I make. So.
Let's talk about very high level to the point today. These three decision making filters, simple, effortless and fun and how I think they might serve you. Feel free to borrow them, borrow one or two of them, whatever you want. But as you're going into the new year and you're gonna be faced with more opportunity, more decisions, more choices than ever before, either at a place of excitement or at a place of desperation, you need to know how to make wise decisions.
Graham Cochrane (05:44.547)
And I have found that this filter of these three filtering questions have really, really helped me in the past. Okay, so simple. I'm always trying to build my life around simplicity. Because simple is elegant. Simple is life-giving. Simple leads to more of what you want in life. We want to feel, I think,
the way we felt as kids when life was simple. Think of the moments in your life where you've just had the most pure unadulterated joy, like just pure joy, pure peace. For you, it might have been when you were a kid and you were just playing on the playground or you're playing out back of your house or you're just riding your bike in the neighborhood or whatever it was. Life was simple.
Largely when you're a kid now, I understand a lot of people had crazy scenarios as kids and I'm just oversimplified You didn't have to pay the bills You didn't have to Raise a family you just looked out for yourself. You just what do you what did you do? to school come home play Go to school play like life was simple. There was there was an innocent fun there simplicity was very very present when you were a kid Okay, I get that now think about maybe even if you went to college if you were in college even college
was simple for the most part, right? Go to class, hang out with your friends. Go to class, study, hang out, right? Like you just had to make sure you were getting to class. You were on your own, you maybe had a dorm or an apartment, but even then you didn't have to have a job. Now some of us worked, like I worked at the mall to help pay for things in college, but even then it was like, it was very simple. Think about if you've ever done like a
a backpacking trip or any trip for that matter. When you go on vacation, obviously it's vacation, but there's something about just bringing whatever you have fits in that little suitcase, that little carry-on, fewer possessions in front of you, fewer things to keep up with, you don't even have a house to keep up with. And I know it's vacation, so you might be like, duh, grandma, it's fun, it's vacation, but there's a reason why we like vacation, and one of the reasons why is there's less to keep up with.
Graham Cochrane (08:11.778)
because you don't have to take care of your food. Generally speaking, you have to take care of your house. You don't have to take the trash out. You don't have to go to work. You can focus on yourself, your family, your friends, nature, exploring. There's a simplicity about being on vacation. Is this resonating?
Simplicity is wealth. so life is gonna naturally go towards complexity. Things start out simple and they get more complex. For example, businesses. Businesses start out simple. I wanna help, know, dads lose weight. What a great simple business. So I'm gonna start posting on Instagram and I'm gonna do some one-on-one coaching. It's so simple. It's elegant. It's beautiful. And it's so sad that...
the moment we become successful, we start to get some clients, we think we need to grow up, air quote, graduate and make our business more complex. We need to hire people, we need to start being on this platform as well, we need to start having more offers and more complex offers and I need a funnel and I need to run ads and I need to do this stuff. And then we take this beautiful thing we have, which was a simple business model, and we destroy it and we make it overly complex, because we think that complexity is smart, right? That's why when you talk to people who are,
have all these formulas and all these things and it's about all this complexity. We just assume they're smart and then people that are like, I have a basic business. We're like, you must be not very successful. We don't think about it consciously, but subconsciously we assume complexity equals smart and successful. Simple equals sad and ignorant and basic and childish. And yet the most profitable businesses are the simplest ones.
The most profitable offers are the simplest ones. The most profitable marketing channels and marketing strategies are the simplest ones. Simplicity actually works in business. My new book, The Effortless Business, coming out very soon, is built on simplicity. I teach what I call the effortless income engine, which has got only three parts to it. There's only three things that make your business run, and when you can simplify it, business becomes simple. So I actually think...
Graham Cochrane (10:30.286)
The problem is we start out with simplicity and we move to complexity or we think we're graduating to complexity. We do it in our finances. We have a beautiful, simple financial plan and then as we become more wealthy and more successful, we start to accumulate more complex strategies because that's what other smart people told us to do and that's what we feel like we should be doing and we just move away from simplicity. And so in a world that's moving to complexity and you're gonna get more and more opportunities, you're gonna have to make more and more decisions about your life, about your business,
The first thing I want you to think about is will this decision lead to more complexity and more simplicity in my life? If it's going to lead to more complexity, you really have to have a really good reason to go forward with it in spite of the complexity.
because you're giving up something that is a cost and maybe doesn't seem like a big cost in the short term, in the long term it is a great cost to give up simplicity in your life. So it has to be really, really, really, really, really, really, really worth it or absolutely necessary. And so what I wanna tell you is that there are ways and paths and opportunities that lead to where you wanna go that actually make your life simpler, not more complex.
So the question I'm gonna be asking myself is will this decision in my business, will this decision in my life make my life more complex or more simple? And if it makes it more simple, then I can give it a check mark and I can move on with the decision making process and continue to consider it. If it's gonna make my life complex, I have to set it off to the side. I'm not really sure now. It's not a given. Simplicity. And as you're looking at your business, how can I make my business more simple?
Do I like the way it's become? Do I like how complex it is? It's a fair question to ask. I unwound a lot of things last year because they were overly complex and I wanted the simplest business possible. Simplicity is a beautiful thing to pursue. So if you're getting opportunities or you're getting strategies from a coach or you're getting an idea from a book and it takes multiple flow charts to explain or it takes
Graham Cochrane (12:50.708)
formulas to unpack, it takes having to look up words in a dictionary, it's probably not aligned with your future, right? It should be very, very simple. You should be able to grasp the concept. It should feel like lightness in your spirit, right? We have to fight for simplicity because life is already gonna throw a lot of complexity on us, whether we like it not. So simplicity. Number two is, is this effortless?
Will this be effortless? Now what do you mean by effortless, Graham? It's such a weird word. And why did I write a whole book called The Effortless Business? It seems stupid, it seems impossible, it seems problematic, it seems pie in the sky. Effortless is a feeling. Everything in life takes effort, but not everything in life takes the same measure of effort. There are some things where you feel like you're pushing
your way into a room that you don't belong in. But you want to be in that room, but you're pushing that door open. There are other times where the door swings wide open and people are actually inviting you in.
There's a big difference between the two. There have been rooms and there have been opportunities that I have sailed into. The wind was at my back. I found myself almost magically in the right place at the right time. Someone invited me in. Someone reached out to me. Things just started to work. And that's a sign, I believe, that you are right in the middle of God's will. You're right in the middle of
where things are happening for you in that season. And then there are lots of rooms that I found myself in, opportunities that I found myself experiencing, that if I'm being honest, I pushed my way in. Push feels aggressive. I don't really like to say that, but I manipulated that. That feels aggressive too. I set things in motion in such a way to ensure that I would be at the right place at the right time.
Graham Cochrane (14:59.918)
Now you could just call that being strategic, you could just call that playing chess, and there's nothing wrong with it, people do it all the time. I'm just saying when I've done that, I haven't liked it. I've been in the room, I made it, I got the opportunity, I'm on the stage, I'm connected with the person, and it feels like this is not really supposed to be happening, is it? It's not what I thought it was gonna be, and I feel
I feel in the wrong place at the wrong time. Might be the right place wrong time, might be wrong place, but right time. I don't know, but it doesn't feel like the other situations where it felt like more effortless. all I'm saying is.
From a decision making standpoint, are you pushing your way into an opportunity or are you gliding into an opportunity? Because it's an aligned moment, it's the right time, it's the right person.
when I'm faced with a decision of what to do in my business or what to do with an opportunity that's in front of me or something I've heard about, I'm asking myself, do I have to push to make this happen? And pushing isn't necessarily a bad thing, but it's worth asking, am I gonna have to push or is this going to flow pretty well with my season of life? Like, I'll give you an example, the last two years I did a lot of speaker coaching, working with
literally three speaker coaches helped me think about crafting my talks, think about being a speaker on stage, how to get gigs and get on stages. what I was being told to do was do these things to get on more stages. All the reach out strategy, all the connections, all the networking, all makes sense. It's all super strategic. These are really smart people. And I did some of that and some of it worked.
Graham Cochrane (17:01.154)
Then I started to think about, but I really don't want to keep traveling and being away from the family. I already travel enough. There's cool things I'm a part of, I travel enough. I don't want to travel more, even though I like traveling. It's just not the right season for me to be gone speaking on a stage all the time. So I need to be more selective. And so I realized I don't want to push my way onto all these stages, even though I could. I want to...
say yes to the stages that feel effortless, that feel aligned. Like, what a perfect opportunity that's just come my way. Yes, I will do that. As opposed to I'm going to reach out, follow up, have a list, have a strategy, have an intro call script, have a follow up script, have a, you know what I'm saying? Stack all the wins and move on to the bigger stage. So I'm not saying there's zero work involved. I'm not saying if it involves having to put out any effort, it's not what you should do. I'm saying
Does it feel more effortless or does it feel more effortful? Is this leveraged effort on my part or is this linear effort? I like to do things that are leveraged. I like to do things that have multiple benefits and ripple effects. I like to do things that multiply my effort. I like to do things that multiply my investment. I like to do multiple things at once. I like to say a lot of no's so can say a bigger yes that will have way more impact than all the other no's combined.
Does that make sense? So I do that with decisions, with opportunities, but I also do that with my business. For example, there are a lot of ways, like let's say you wanna get your business up to $30,000 a month, and you're at five, $10,000 a month. There's a lot of ways to get from five to 10 to 30K a month, but there's only really one way to do that almost effortlessly, and that's to raise your prices. I mean, it's as simple as that.
There's so many exhausting ways to scale up from 5K a month to 30K a month. The only real effortless way to do that is to raise your prices. Instead of selling $200 courses or $500 coaching packages, if you started to sell a $10,000 offer, you sell three of those a month, you make $30,000 a month, and it's as simple as that. And so that's what I'm talking about.
Graham Cochrane (19:23.628)
I could do a bajillion other things. could get on TikTok every day. I could run ads. could do more collaborations. I could launch more courses. could promote to my email list more. I could do all these things and maybe I'd get to 10K to 15K to 20K. Maybe I get to 30K, but my life would be exhausting. What if you stopped all that and you did the one thing that nobody wants to do because everyone's just afraid to do it and just increase my prices to $10,000 or more for my coaching or my coaching group or whatever it is.
and just focus on selling three of those, or four of those, or five of those a month, game over. That's what I'm talking about. That's both simple, but it's also effortless. It's a huge part of having an effortless business is having higher ticket offers. So much so that I literally teach this to my clients. And I'm actually doing an event next week, if you're watching this live, I'm doing a five day coaching experience to help you come up and craft your own $10,000 offer. It's called my 10K Offer Challenge. If you haven't come, you should come. Because...
What we can do is like shortcut your process to scaling your business while working less by actually focusing on the one thing that no one will tell you to focus on, which is to make a better offer, a more irresistible offer, and then charge $10,000 or more for it. Even if you don't know how to do that, even if you don't feel like you're worthy of that, even if you're like, my gosh, Graham, I've only sold $100 courses or a $20 book. Yeah, I'm talking about you. It's perfect for you. Wherever you are, you should come. There's two experiences you can get, general admission, which you can just come and watch and learn, or you can get the VIP ticket.
There's only a limited number of those, so grab one before they're sold out, where you get to come an hour earlier every day and get live coaching from me so I can actually work on your offer with you. I can answer your questions, I can coach you live for five days. So get a VIP ticket before they sell out and like come hang out with me next week. So let's build your offer. That's probably the best thing you could do this year to scale your business up while working less and having a simple, effortless, business.
is to craft and sell and focus on just a $10,000 offer. If that's all you did this next year, game over. I wanna help you do that. It's the most fun I have all month when I do these events, and it's the most transformation I see outside of my private clients is people who come to this event. So come get your ticket, effortless.
Graham Cochrane (21:45.723)
10koffertchallenge.com, I'm gonna link to it below as well, 10koffertchallenge.com, and I will see you there, it's gonna be a lot of fun. So I ask if this is gonna be a simple decision, if this is gonna lead to more simplicity or less simplicity. I ask is this going to feel more effortless or is it gonna bring more effort into my world? And then the final filter, if it passes both of those tests, the third one is really, really important, and if it passes this one, then we're.
We're good to go. If it doesn't pass this one, I really have to question it. Is this fun? Will this be fun? Can I do it in a fun way? So, it's amazing how I will, because I value results and achievement and productivity outcomes, I will set aside fun for the, because it's fun for me to achieve.
I'm an achiever on the Enneagram, like Enneagram 3. I like to accomplish things. And that is a form of fun to me.
problem with people like me is that I can become less and less fun of a person because I'm so excited about just doing cool things and accomplishing that I forget to do life-giving things for myself that are just purely fun for fun's sake.
One question you could ask yourself, and this is a hard one for me to answer, is would I still wanna do this if it didn't work right away? So let's say you're making a decision in your business, and you're like, I wanna do this thing because I think it's gonna lead to this outcome. Great, that could be a great reason, and I think it'll be simple, and I think it can be effortless. But what if you make that decision, you move in this direction, and it doesn't work for six months or a year?
Graham Cochrane (23:40.771)
Would you still wanna do it, even if it didn't work right away? I'll assume it'll work eventually, but I'm talking about for a year, let's say, like a long enough time, they're like, my gosh, I'm not getting the result yet. Would you still wanna do it? If the answer is no, that's very telling. It's not bad, it's not bad. I'm just saying it's telling because it's showing you that this might not be an energy giving.
life giving move for you, it's maybe a life draining, energy draining move for you that you're willing to consider only because of the outcome and that's never a good enough reason. And I know because I've done it. There are things that I've done in my business that I said yes to because I really wanted the outcome and maybe a coach told me to do it, maybe a friend told me to do it, maybe I saw someone smart do it, maybe I just thought it made sense and it was strategic and I was just obsessed with the idea.
but it didn't work right away and I realized I don't like doing this. I'm only doing this to get the outcome. Well, that's not worth it. It's not worth it to me. Life's too short to be doing stuff I don't wanna do. I've got people that are like, hey, I could make a business doing X, and Z. And I'm like, cool, do you wanna talk about that topic for the next 10 to 20 years? Oh no, gosh, oh no. I'd get so bored. Well then why are we doing it? Not because it's a bad idea, not because I think you're bad for even thinking of it. I'm just thinking I wanna help you.
It's probably not the right move for you if you wouldn't want to be doing it for 10 to 20 years and if you wouldn't want to be doing it if you weren't make a lot of money. I want to orient my business in such a way that I like doing it even if it didn't work. Does that make sense? Like I designed, like I just told you about my 10K offer challenge. I love this event. Even if the event didn't do anything for me, even if it didn't grow my business,
I like doing it. It's so much fun because I'm giving people like literal magic to blow up their business. when people come into the 10K Offer Challenge one way and they leave five days later, totally different and their business leaves totally different and they make more money and they have more clarity and they have more confidence. Like I see them like come to life over the course of five days and they're learning about offer creation and business strategy but really I'm helping them become the person they were meant to become and people say this on day five.
Graham Cochrane (26:03.022)
they say, oh my gosh, my biggest takeaway, because I always ask, my biggest takeaway is I'm not the same person I was on Monday. And that is amazing to me. Do you know how life-giving that is to me? Even if running that event and that coaching experience didn't grow my business at all, it would be fun. It would be worth it. Writing books. I spent a lot of time this year, and I can't wait for you to get this book in your hands. It's gonna be coming out real soon. Writing the effortless business.
even if nobody bought a copy of it, I would write it again. I would write it again because it was so, I like writing and it's like to have like this book, this book is going to print money for people. This book has got so much clarity and it's like everything I've ever believed about business scaling and lifestyle design in one beautiful, easy to read, short book. It's just beautiful.
I love it, I love it, I love it. Even if nobody bought it, I would write it again this year. It was so fun to write, it was so fun to curate my thoughts. How do I put everything that needs to be in this book and nothing that doesn't need to be in this book? How do I structure it? What should I say first, what should I say second? I love writing books. It's work, yeah. So again, things take effort, but it felt effortless. It's like hours were flying. I was just like, just couldn't even wait to get back to it. It was so much fun.
So would you still do it even if it didn't work right away? Another question to ask yourself is does this bring energy or does it drain my energy? Because you can do something, even if it's simple, even if it's effortless, but if it drains your energy, eventually that will be the death of you as a person and the death of your business. Because energy management is everything. I say it a lot in the book, I've been saying it a lot lately, but energy is everything because effort-fueled businesses fade.
But energy fueled businesses flourish. When you can start to fuel your life and your business with energy versus effort, things that give you energy, eliminate the things that drain your energy, you create a perpetual machine that can run forever because you are literally high off the fumes of the things that you love. So this is so important because God designed you a certain way and it's different than me.
Graham Cochrane (28:27.394)
and it's different than her, it's different than him, it's different than that guru, it's different than your coach, it's different. And the most important work we can do is get really self-aware about the way we were designed and stop fighting our design, stop fighting our season of life, stop fighting what God might be trying to do and instead flow with your design, flow with your season of life, flow with what God's trying to do and let that be part of your decision-making process.
So you're given an opportunity, you have to make a decision, ask yourself, will this lead to more simplicity or complexity? Will this feel effortless or will it feel effortful?
And will this be fun and energy giving or will it be energy draining? And will I resent it, especially if it doesn't work. Success can cover up a lot of things. If things are working, it can cover up a discontent in it. So when the success dries up or when the numbers go backwards or the economy shifts or whatever may happen, because that stuff always happens, it's going to reveal what's under the surface. Did you really like it or not?
because now you're faced with the fact that it just is what it is. You don't have the fun results anymore. So ask yourself, will this bring more fun and life into my life? So the thought that I've been, I'll leave you with this, because the thought I've been thinking of is this last year for me has been a mixed bag. A lot of things that have been energy giving, a lot of things that have been simple, effortless, fun, wonderful, like so aligned, and then a lot of things that have been energy draining.
I tried a lot this year and I'm proud of myself. I felt like my word for the year was expand and I expanded a lot. But I stepped into things that probably weren't a fit for me. I said yes to things out of fear of missing out.
Graham Cochrane (30:25.942)
I ran harder than I needed to in areas.
and I've kind of come to this thought. I don't think that God leads through anxiety or exhaustion. I think he leads through peace and clarity.
There's a fascinating verse, and I should have looked up where it is. You can put it in the comments if you're on YouTube what the verse reference is since I don't have it in front of me. let the peace of Christ rule in your hearts. And the word there, it might be in Philippians, the word there for rule is literally the word for to umpire, like to ref again in the Greek. So peace should be the umpire. Peace should be the ultimate decision maker.
The should be the ultimate filter.
And I think clarity is another one. think clarity...
Graham Cochrane (31:25.226)
is really important for moving forward. A lot of times though you actually have clarity. This is for somebody right now. Somebody listening to this already has clarity about what you need to do. You just don't have the courage to do it. And that's okay. But stop looking for more clarity. You actually know exactly what you want to do. You actually know exactly what you're meant to do. You actually know exactly what God's called you to do. You just don't have the courage to do it.
Or, this is me, I have insane clarity and peace about what I'm meant to do and what I'm actually already doing, I've been doing it. But I need the courage to stay the course because I'm not seeing the outcomes yet in their entirety that I feel like are coming. And so I need the encouragement and the endurance to keep running. Does that make sense? To not second guess the clarity that I already have.
So going back to my thought, I don't think God leads through anxiety. I don't think he leads through exhaustion. So if you feel like I gotta do this, I don't wanna miss out, I gotta do this, I gotta do this, I don't think that's probably God's best for you. But where there is peace and where there is clarity, I have a really good feeling God's in it. And when God's in it, it's game over. I don't wanna be a part of something God's not in, because then it's all on me and I gotta be smart, strategic, successful.
And I am limited in all those areas. I would much rather be an average person in the smack dab in the middle of God's will and the thing he's doing at the perfect time he wants to do it in because then I'm unstoppable, not because I'm great, but because God is great and because what he starts he finishes and what he wants he accomplishes. And I want to be swept up in that.
clarity and peace. Ask yourself, will this be simple? Will this be effortless and fun? And I know I mentioned it already, but if you're a business owner or you want to become one and you're like, hey, I need to apply these three filters to my business, the simplest, most effortless, most fun way to grow your business is to craft an irresistible high ticket offer. And

There's a reason why I've created an entire five day coaching experience around this idea of offer creation because of those three things. It's the simplest thing you can do to blow up your business. It's the most effortless thing you can do to blow up your business. And it's the most fun thing you could do to blow up your business. Forget all the marketing stuff. Forget all the exhausting content creating and just being everywhere all the time. Forget all...
the AI hacks and all the garbage that is flooding your brain right now because I see it as well. Forget all that. Just come spend five days with me, an hour or two a day. Next week is when it's happening, as of this taping. And if you missed it, I'll do another one. Just check out the dates for when the next one is because there's one coming up. And let's build a premium, irresistible high ticket offer that completely changes your life.
Like this one thing can completely change your business and life. And it's like the simplest, most focused thing you could ever do. And most people won't do it. My clients that come to this event, they get results. People make $40,000, $120,000, $12,000 during the challenge. It's insane. You should come. It's so wild. I'd love for you to be in the room, especially as we kick off a new year. Like let's start this year the right way. Like come on.
It's all below in the show notes or the description or go to 10koffertchallenge.com. You should be there. Check out the testimonials, check out the video reels, check out the reviews, see what people are saying. Like it's insane. It's not me, it's the experience that I've crafted and it's the people in the room and it's when people get serious about eliminating all the crap that they think is gonna grow their business and it won't and getting to the heart of what really, really will, which is at the end of the day offers because offers are what people buy. They're buying
hope and transformation and the way you craft and uncover the value of and communicate your offers makes all the difference in the world. It's a huge, huge part of what's gonna set you up for success this year. So I hope that that's helpful for you on a practical level. Otherwise, with your goals and your decisions this year, think about those filters. Simple, effortless and fun. Let me know in a comment below if you're going to use that decision making filter on your life and business this year. I'd love to hear from you what your thoughts are on this.
